This is one of those plug-ins that grows on you. AirEQ seems somehow purer and more clear than other equalisers. 


This is one of those plug-ins that grows on you. The first few times I used it, I thought 'This is pretty good", but I went back to using alternatives because I wanted a graphical frequency display.

After a while, though, I began to feel as though other equalisers were muddying or clouding the sound by comparison. Though it's not a linear-phase design, AirEQ seems somehow purer and more clear than other equalisers, and where any sort of mid- or high-frequency boost is required, it's now my automatic choice.
